Styrofoam Blocks Heavy Duty PRO Model 30 Cut Width. Hot Wire EPS Foam Cutter. Custom Cut Your Own Styrofoam Blocks For A Variety Of Uses. This is the Heavy Duty PRO Model, 30 it's made with strengthened side struts and handles for ease of use and reduction of wire stretch from heating.

This model has dual tensioning mounts which act to keep the wire taught while heated. NOT an economy shallow depth bow cutter, with an under-rated power unit and flimsy wiring, please compare others. This is all Heavy Duty, all the way. Hotwire Cutter ready to use on your large scale custom projects.

Special design with In Line On/Off Switch, located just at the left corner of the cutter (you do not have to unplug the transformer during short periods of non cutting). Built in Wire Tensioners to handle wire stretch due to heating. Cut Width is 1/2 larger than the nominal size. Standard Cut Depth of 16. Includes cutter, transformer, extra wire element & instructions. Jig plans will be emailed. This is the revised model with Heavy Duty Transformer, all wiring is internal, in line on/off switch, dual tensioners & rigid side handles. Photo shows the 4 ft cutter. 16", 24" & 4 ft. The standard cut depth for this cutter is 16.
