The Sparky Professional FB7L Grinder / Planer has a metal cup wheel with diamond grain abrasive segments and is perfect for grinding and planing of concrete, stone and mortar. It has a robust, high-performance, high efficiency motor, with optimised cooling and ventilation to prolong its life, and a magnesium alloy gearbox. The Sparky FB7L has many features which act to combat and protect against dust. It has an efficient dust extraction in connection with a vacuum cleaner / dust extractor. The rotor and stator are powder coated for efficient dust protection, and the bearings and spindle are dust sealed. In addition, the concrete grinder has a protection basket for rotor winding against sharp grinding dust. The Sparky FB7L has soft start with a restriction of the starting current. For safety it has a number of features, including: Spindle lock button for wheel replacement.
